Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&amp;D.</p></div><h3><strong><span data-contrast="auto">The role</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></h3> <p>We are seeking an <strong>Events Marketing Manager, East Region</strong> to lead the planning and execution of high-impact regional marketing events that drive brand visibility, executive engagement, and measurable pipeline growth.</p> <p>In this role, you will serve as the regional event authority—owning the operational excellence, production leadership, vendor management, and attendee experience across major industry conferences, hosted events, partner activations, roadshows, workshops, and regional programs.</p> <p>Working in close alignment with regional sales and marketing leadership, you will ensure every event delivers business impact with precision, professionalism, and brand consistency.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong data-start="360" data-end="373">Location:</strong> This is a remote role within the United States. Candidates located in the <strong data-start="448" data-end="518">Boston Metro, NYC Metro, DC Metro, and Philadelphia (PA)</strong> are preferred. GTM Planning</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Define and execute the East Region field marketing plan aligned to Nebius’ North America GTM strategy, revenue targets, and AI-cloud growth objectives.</li> <li class="li1">Identify priority verticals and clusters in the region (enterprise AI, finance, healthcare, retail, and media &amp; entertainment).</li> <li class="li1">Translate global campaigns into localized programs that resonate with technical and executive buyers.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Sales &amp; Partner Alignment</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Partner with regional sales leaders, solutions architects, and business development to align on pipeline coverage, target accounts, and co-marketing initiatives.</li> <li class="li1">Collaborate closely with Vertical GTM team leads to ensure field programs reinforce priority industries, solution narratives, and territory goals—creating a unified GTM motion from awareness through pipeline conversion.</li> <li class="li1">Support regional account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) motions for top enterprise and strategic accounts.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Field &amp; Partner Campaign Execution</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Plan, manage, and execute&nbsp;<strong>regional events, workshops, executive roundtables, and innovation labs</strong>&nbsp;showcasing Nebius’ AI/ML and NeoCloud capabilities.</li> <li class="li1">Build developer and data-science community engagement through hackathons, meetups, and partnerships with regional universities and AI accelerators.</li> <li class="li1">Manage regional sponsorships and Nebius presence at high-impact industry conferences (e.g., AWS re:Invent, NVIDIA GTC, MIT AI Conference).</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Insights &amp; Measurement</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Track and analyze field performance metrics: leads generated, pipeline influenced, partner-sourced opportunities, and ROI.</li> <li class="li1">Capture real-time feedback and customer insights from the field to help shape product positioning, content strategy, and global messaging.</li> <li class="li1">Use intent data and CRM analytics to optimize account targeting and campaign efficiency.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Budget &amp; Operations</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Own the East Region field marketing budget—forecast spend, manage vendors, and ensure strong ROI discipline.</li> <li class="li1">Maintain operational excellence through collaboration with demand generation, marketing operations, and creative teams.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Work closely with Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Sales Enablement to deliver cohesive storytelling and thought leadership in the field.</li> <li class="li1">Contribute to global initiatives while serving as the regional voice to headquarters—advocating for East-region opportunities, challenges, and innovations.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-charstyle="Strong">We expect you to have:</span></span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true}">&nbsp;</span></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">7+ years of B2B field and partner<strong>&nbsp;</strong>experience in cloud, AI, or enterprise tech, with proven pipeline impact.</li> <li class="li1">Deep understanding of AI/ML infrastructure, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar).</li> <li class="li1">Proven ability to plan and execute localized marketing programs across diverse markets in the Eastern U.S.</li> <li class="li1">Hands-on experience with account-based marketing, partner co-marketing, and demand-generation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense).</li> <li class="li1">Strong analytical mindset;
