In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, learn financial systems, and collaborate across teams to keep our operations running smoothly.</p> <strong>Job Functions</strong> <ul> <li>Review and enter vendor invoices accurately using our internal systems</li> <li>Help process payments to vendors and landlords in a timely manner</li> <li>Assist with setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate records</li> <li>Communicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve simple issues</li> <li>Partner with internal teams to fix discrepancies or update account details</li> <li>Support audit preparation and process improvement projects as needed</li> </ul> <h3></h3> <p><strong>Supervisory Requirements:</strong></p> <p>None</p> <p><strong>Working Conditions and Physical Demands:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>This role is onsite in our brand new Downtown Delray Beach office.
