As a Business Development Representative you will work closely with your supporting Account Executive team, Marketing and Partner team to ensure EMEA builds strong opportunities in key target accounts in EMEA. Your responsibilities will include outbounding to your book of business, cold-calling, video prospecting, personalised emails as well as qualifying inbound leads to build a strong pipeline in your market. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Dublin office. As a hybrid company, you are expected to come to the Dublin office at least 2 days per week as well as be available for some travel to events. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. Technologies You'll Use <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Salesforce</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Outreach/Salesloft</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Gong</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Demandbase</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">LinkedIn Sales Navigator</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">ZoomInfo or similar</li> </ul> What You’ll Do  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Outbound into Commercial Accounts.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Qualify inbound leads and prospects to companies and generate quality meetings with all levels of employees from C-Level to data analysts.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build account plans with your Account Executive.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Organize, log activity, and categorize sales lead information into the CRM, as well as utilize other prospecting tools.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Be able to articulate and sell Fivetran’s value to prospects and how we can aid their business insights.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Adhere to your inbound and outbound KPIs as well as being comfortable balancing your time & competing priorities</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran.
