Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Northern California, USA.</p></div><h4><strong>Senior Technical Project Manager - Program Operations &amp; Integration</strong></h4> <p>As the Technical Project Manager for program operations &amp; integration, you will be responsible for shaping how we integrate and manage all of our programs at Astranis. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position within the Technical Program Management team in Engineering.</p> <h4><strong>Role</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Drive resource loading into schedules and optimize task timing across multiple programs</li> <li>Develop program management automation strategies and implement across programs</li> <li>Develop company-wide program management processes and initiatives</li> <li>Ability to develop and manage detailed, discrete program budgets within a complex, dynamic environment</li> <li>Develop and implement program performance standards and dashboards; develop data pipelines</li> <li>Develop and implement cost account management processes for engineering team, specifically focusing on linkages to schedules and program plans and tie in to financial tools</li> <li>Manage execution of special projects</li> <li>Develop integrated master schedules for various programs; mentor and train project managers on scheduling best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Expertise in developing and managing program schedules and complex interdependencies using tools like Smartsheet or Project&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor of Science (or similar) degree in an Engineering discipline</li> <li>Strong data analytics skills</li> <li>Strong communication skills, both internal and external facing</li> <li>Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, overcome obstacles with creative solutions, and clearly document/communicate tactical plans</li> <li>&gt;5 years program planning experience</li> <li>&gt;3 years engineering management or project management experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence</li> <li>Experience with US Government programs</li> <li>Python coding experience</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><div><strong>What we offer:&nbsp;</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div> <p data-path-to-node="3">Base pay is just one component of Astranis’s total rewards package.
