<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">As an Astranis CAD Engineer you will design, develop, configure, and maintain spacecraft components and assemblies like bracketry, harnesses, propulsion manifolds, and waveguides. You must have a strong problem-solving background, an enthusiasm for novel design, and designing in complex systems. Experience with spacecraft is a benefit but is not required.</span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Model and draw components, structures, and manifolds for the spacecraft and its supporting structures</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Works with the management of top-level spacecraft assemblies in CAD, as well as create and maintain BOMs in the transfer to production</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Check and review engineering drawings</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop, ideate, and document considerate practices that enable good and efficient design</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring additional teammates to our rapidly-growing team</span></li>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience with GD+T and engineering drawings</span></li>

<div>Astranis pay ranges are informed and defined through professional-grade salary surveys and compensation data sources.
