Their job will be to discover, prototype and prove out the highest-value applications of cutting-edge AI across business operations, product and fundamental research.\nThis is a unique opportunity to take advantage of unique resources to advance the leading edge of applied AI. Those resources include the world’s largest dataset of RCT survey experiment results, an established team of top software engineers and scientists, academic partnerships, and a direct line into existing enterprise customers so that prototypes can be quickly ramped up into in-market products.\n\nAbout You\nYou have a very up-to-date background in AI including active development, deployment and/or fine-tuning of large language models. <p>Swayable made its mark by transforming the way major progressive campaigns measure the impact of their messages. We are looking for the right Partnerships Manager to represent the platform in the DC/politics/advocacy world so we can continue to accelerate our impact and growth.</p>

<p>We’re seeking a connected, consultative, and strategic professional who can serve as the bridge between influential political and advocacy circles and our platform's potential. This person will lead our go-to-market strategy in this ecosystem, and will provide feedback to the executive team. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li><strong>Cultivate & Leverage Relationships</strong>: Use deep connections in political, advocacy, and public policy circles to make introductions between Swayable and senior-level decision-makers. Be the face of Swayable in this ecosystem.</li>
<li><strong>Close Collaboration</strong>: Partner seamlessly with Sales to ensure introductions convert into meaningful conversations and opportunities.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic Insight & Thought Leadership</strong>: Engage in advisory dialogues around creative pre-testing, brand messaging, and campaign impact—demonstrating consultative value. Attend conferences and events on Swayable’s behalf.</li>
<li><strong>Innovate Use Cases</strong>: Spot creative use cases where our platform’s capabilities can drive results.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>: Liaise with product and marketing teams to provide ecosystem feedback and help shape offerings that resonate with political and advocacy audiences.<br><br></li>

<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits:</strong></p>
