color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, including Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams acting as the Team Lead’s deputy.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Lead initiatives to improve invoice reconciliation accuracy and efficiency through process enhancements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Influence stakeholders to standardize, implement improvements and minimize invoicing errors across multiple regions. </span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Train and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and best practices in invoice reconciliation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Collaborate with suppliers to resolve escalated disputes and ensure prompt resolution of discrepancies.</span></li> </ul> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></span></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">5+ years experience in invoicing, billing, accounting, or financial reconciliation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle experience preferred).</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Experience working with large datasets, performing root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
