Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</li> <li>5 - 7 years of automotive program management experience in any of these commodities: Stamping, Casting, Injection molding  or Interiors (Interior cabin, passive safety, seats). </li> <li>Proven experience in verbal and written communication, collaboration, technical writing and presentation. </li> <li>Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.  </li> <li>Experience working in a dynamic/start-up environment is a plus.  </li> <li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Project.
