Our focus is on maintaining our agile and entrepreneurial culture.</p> <p><strong>Role Title: Consultant - Change Management</strong></p> <p><em>(Title can be adjusted depending on grade)</em></p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>The Consultant – Change Management role supports senior leadership in driving change execution discipline, portfolio coherence, and governance assurance across large‑scale transformation programmes.</p> <p>This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in enterprise change, operating model transformation, delivery governance, and adoption effectiveness, who enjoy working across multiple programmes and stakeholders. You will play a key role in strengthening change consistency, cross‑programme alignment, and operational readiness, ensuring that transformation outcomes are sustainable and embedded.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Change Portfolio Planning &amp; Governance</strong></p> <p>Support senior leadership and our client in managing portfolio‑level change planning, dependencies, and delivery alignment across multiple transformation programmes.</p> <p>Key activities include:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate regular cross‑programme governance and change forums, maintaining clear action tracking and decision logs</li> <li>Develop and maintain portfolio‑level change artefacts, including masterplans, dependency maps, concentration risk views, and impact assessments</li> <li>Coordinate enterprise‑wide outreach to resolve scheduling conflicts, validate assumptions, and surface emerging change risks</li> <li>Conduct scenario and impact analysis to support mitigation planning and leadership decision‑making</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with senior business, technology, and operations stakeholders to enable timely issue resolution</li> <li>Provide ad‑hoc support for regulatory, audit, or senior management requests related to change readiness and portfolio status</li> </ul> <p><strong>Change Process Design &amp; Adoption Enablement</strong></p> <p>Support end‑to‑end change process design, ensuring clarity of ownership, consistency of approach, and alignment to target operating models.</p> <p>Key activities include:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate workshops to document current‑state and future‑state change processes, including roles, responsibilities, and controls</li> <li>Develop high‑quality process maps, swimlanes, and adoption flows aligned to Group standards</li> <li>Identify adoption risks, hand‑off gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses; recommend design or tooling improvements</li> <li>Partner closely with programme teams and Quality Assurance to ensure change plans align with solution design and delivery milestones</li> <li>Maintain a central inventory of change processes, artefacts, and version control governance</li> <li>Collaborate with Risk, Controls, and Audit teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements</li> </ul> <p><strong>Change Assurance &amp; Quality (Deep Dives)</strong></p> <p>Conduct structured change assurance deep dives on priority programmes to assess readiness, adoption risk, and governance effectiveness.</p> <p>Key activities include:</p> <ul> <li>Execute structured assurance reviews across programme phases, focusing on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and operating model alignment</li> <li>Review key artefacts (e.g. change plans, communications strategies, training approaches, governance packs) for completeness and effectiveness</li> <li>Identify gaps and risks; document findings with practical, actionable recommendations</li> <li>Engage Programme Leads and PMOs to validate facts and track remediation actions</li> <li>Prepare concise assurance summaries to support SteerCo, Executive, and regulatory reporting</li> <li>Maintain repositories of evidence, insights, and lessons learned to strengthen future change delivery</li> </ul> <p><strong>Strategic Change Resourcing &amp; Capability Planning</strong></p> <p>Support leadership in shaping workforce and capability strategies to enable sustainable change delivery.</p> <p>Key activities include:</p> <ul> <li>Analyse resourcing and capability data to identify change capacity constraints and skills gaps</li> <li>Support design of change capability target operating models, including role definitions and demand forecasting</li> <li>Provide data‑driven insights to support leadership decisions in dynamic and ambiguous environments</li> <li>Recommend process and tooling improvements to increase transparency and effectiveness of workforce planning</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Requirements</strong></p> <p><strong>Core Capabilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Change &amp;
