You are the vital bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring that our technical innovations translate into market-leading narratives and high-performing campaigns.</p> <div class="source-inline-chip-container ng-star-inserted"></div> <p></p> <p data-path-to-node="8">Reporting to the CPO and working in lockstep with the VP of Marketing, you will own the "truth" of how Bitmovin shows up in the market, transforming complex technical capabilities into compelling growth stories.</p> <h2 data-path-to-node="9">What You Will Build:</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="10"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Define &amp; Own Strategic Positioning:</strong> Lead market sizing, segmentation, and competitive positioning across all product lines. You will ensure Bitmovin isn't just a technical choice, but the definitive category leader in video infrastructure.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Architect GTM &amp; Campaigns:</strong> Own the full go-to-market strategy for product launches. You will develop the briefs, messaging frameworks, and success metrics that empower the broader Marketing team to execute world-class campaigns.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Drive Analyst Relations:</strong> Build and own relationships with key industry firms. You will shape our positioning in analyst reports and ensure Bitmovin remains the "innovation leader" in the eyes of the market’s most influential voices.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Be a Visible External Voice:</strong> Act as a primary spokesperson for Bitmovin. Whether it’s presenting on stage at major conferences, leading media briefings, or participating in industry panels, you will be the face and voice of our market evolution.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Scale with AI:</strong> Actively integrate AI tools into your workflow to move faster—from competitive intelligence and research to rapid content iteration and campaign optimization.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="10,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="10,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Enable the Revenue Engine:</strong> Partner with Sales and Product leads to create the narrative tools that close deals. You’ll ensure our technical value is translated into clear, differentiated outcomes for buyers and decision-makers.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 data-path-to-node="11">What can you bring</h2> <ul data-path-to-node="12"> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Proven Leadership:</strong> 8+ years in Product Marketing or Growth roles, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or lead capacity within the B2B tech space.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Fluency:</strong> A background in developer tools, infrastructure, or media tech. You don’t need to be a developer, but you must be able to earn the respect of engineers and translate "bits and bytes" into "business value."</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">A "Builder" Mindset:</strong> A track record of doing the work, not just managing it. You are a world-class writer, a sharp messenger, and a hands-on executor of GTM strategies.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">AI Curiosity:</strong> You are already using AI tools in your daily work and are excited about pushing the boundaries of how these technologies can accelerate marketing and growth.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Public Presence:</strong> You are comfortable—and thrive—as a public-facing spokesperson, with the ability to distill complex concepts into narratives that resonate with analysts and executives alike.</p> </li> <li> <p data-path-to-node="12,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Collaborative Spirit:</strong> You build bridges across Product, Revenue, and Engineering, understanding that great positioning only lands when it is cross-functionally aligned.</p> </li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="13"><em data-path-to-node="13" data-index-in-node="0">You don’t have experience with all the points above?
