Assist in coordinating “Base” integrations (e.g., VOD or Player) and help keep projects on track.</li> <li data-start="1162" data-end="1443"><strong data-start="1162" data-end="1200">Meeting Coordination &amp; Follow-ups:</strong> Organize meetings across multiple time zones (Europe &amp; APAC), prepare agendas, and ensure the right stakeholders are involved. Capture key decisions, translate them into clear action items with owners and deadlines, and follow up on progress.</li> <li data-start="1445" data-end="1702"><strong data-start="1445" data-end="1480">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with CX, engineering, sales, and revenue operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. Act as a central coordination point to streamline communication and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.</li> <li data-start="1704" data-end="1912"><strong data-start="1704" data-end="1737">Project Tracking &amp; Reporting:</strong> Maintain project trackers, charters, and milestone logs to ensure transparency and visibility across teams.
