We thrive on moving fast, taking risks and persevering through failure.&nbsp; We embrace the unknown and we are happy to make mistakes.&nbsp; We are there for each other and we crave diversity because we know that building a truly diverse tribe will make us better at everything.</p> <p><strong>The Job</strong></p> <p>We are building the next cool life sciences tools company and we are looking for the next generation of high-octane sales rock stars. &nbsp;We want people who are willing to roll up their sleeves, sweat, think outside the box and create something special with us.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Sell Unchained Labs’ analytical instruments in the assigned geography</li> <li>Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets</li> <li>Maintain a high-level knowledge of the Unchained Labs product line</li> <li>Proactively generate new sales leads and opportunities</li> <li>Develop key accounts within assigned territory</li> <li>Navigate orders through the customer purchasing process</li> <li>Update Salesforce CRM system regularly</li> <li>Provide weekly sales forecasts to Management</li> <li>Maintain positive customer relations</li> <li>Conduct pre-sales seminars and technical presentations</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Located in/near Munich</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field</li> <li>2-3 years sales experience in the life sciences tools industry selling instrumentation</li> <li>Experience of selling characterization tools in the biologics, genomics and cell and gene therapy markets is highly desirable.</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of sales success and exceeding quota</li> <li>Experience selling in complex purchasing environments with multiple decision makers</li> <li>Travel up to 30% overnight when required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Compensation</strong></p> <p>The EU base salary range for this full-time position is €90-120k with an attractive variable compensation package on top. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual base salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices and experience.</p>
