This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your contributions will directly support our mission to bake the world a little better, one bar at a time.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>As a Supply Excellence Specialist, you will partner with the Supply Excellence and Training teams to:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain custom Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that align with Nature’s Bakery's quality and operational excellence standards.</li> <li>Create engaging training courses and campaigns that energize and enable our manufacturing teams.</li> <li>Support the tracking, analysis, and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational success.</li> <li>Champion and implement continuous improvement strategies that enhance efficiency, foster lean methodologies, and inspire a culture of growth.</li> <li>Leverage your analytical skills and project management expertise to document processes, ensure record accuracy, and embed lean mindsets into day-to-day operations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring to Nature’s Bakery</strong><br>To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a mix of skills, experience, and passion for making an impact:</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Critical Success Factors:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Hands-On Leadership:</strong> You thrive in high-speed manufacturing environments, love facilitating problem-solving activities, and enjoy teaching and mentoring others.</li> <li><strong>Technical Writing Expertise:</strong> You can distill complex, technical processes into clear, user-friendly documentation for diverse audiences.</li> <li><strong>Continuous Improvement Champion:</strong> You’re driven to identify opportunities, improve processes, and promote lean methodologies that elevate operational performance.</li> <li><strong>Passion for Standardization:</strong> You believe in the power of consistency and standardization to create lasting, positive change.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>The Ideal Candidate Has:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A background in high-speed manufacturing processes, preferably in food production or CPG.</li> <li>Red Zone experience</li> <li>Proven success with process improvement, lean techniques, and implementing operational changes.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve errors effectively.</li> <li>Organizational prowess with a knack for meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.</li> <li>A collaborative mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Prior manufacturing experience is essential. Food manufacturing experience is a plus.</li> <li><strong>Education:</strong> A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.</li> <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, &nbsp;and other MS Office programs; familiarity with Lean principles, IWS, and/or TPM operational principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is preferred.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication and facilitation skills with a can-do attitude</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>What we offer you</u></strong></p> <p>Our team members' physical and mental health is important to a thriving workplace.
