<div class="content-intro"><p>At Golden Pet Manufacturing, we are proud to be at the forefront of changing the future of pet food by creating the most nutritionally-dense, thoughtfully-sourced, and practical solutions to pet parents everywhere. <a href="https://www.goldenpetmanufacturing.com/">Watch our new company video to learn more!</a></p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>We’re Looking For A: Sales &amp; Operations Manager</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Richfield, WI</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and lead an S&amp;OP process for pet food.</li> <li>Create dashboards and measure KPIs for the organization such as forecast accuracy and production efficiencies.</li> <li>Innovate and deploy tools that support continuous improvement within S&amp;OP.</li> <li>Works closely with Demand &amp; Supply Manager on forecasts, WOH targets and aged inventory.</li> <li>Creates and manages capacity models for each category and presents risks to leadership team.</li> <li>Drive improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels.</li> <li>Designs and installs the monthly S&amp;OP cadence from the ground and coordinates and facilitates the planning meetings with Supply Chain and executive team.</li> <li>Communicate with planning and production about promotions, new products and launch timing updates.</li> <li>Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to ensure alignment and resolves any supply or demand issues.</li> <li>Assist in the new product development process.</li> <li>Becomes an ERP (NetSuite) superuser and assists with training when necessary.</li> <li>Builds capacity and allocation visibility across owned plants and co-manufacturing partners, including co-man capacity constraints, allocation decisions, and co-man performance/OTIF tracking.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required.
