<div class="content-intro"><p>At Golden Pet Manufacturing, we are proud to be at the forefront of changing the future of pet food by creating the most nutritionally-dense, thoughtfully-sourced, and practical solutions to pet parents everywhere. <a href="https://www.goldenpetmanufacturing.com/">Watch our new company video to learn more!</a></p> <p class="p1">&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>We’re Looking For A(n):</strong> Shipping &amp; Receiving Supervisor</p> <p><strong>Location: </strong>Seward, NE</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Supervise Material Handlers and ensure proper procedures and policies are being followed</li> <li>Enforce and uphold Golden Pet Manufacturing work rules, policies, procedures and report any known violation</li> <li>Supervise loading and unloading of trailers to include inspection of the same</li> <li>Maintain, update and develop shipping and receiving documents as needed</li> <li>Investigate root cause and resolve inventory discrepancies</li> <li>Coordinate and prioritize selection of orders, stock transfers, and production receipts as it relates to safety, quality and efficiency</li> <li>Maintain established pre-shipment inspection programs to prevent incorrect stock shipments</li> <li>Maintain effective employee relations to improve motivation and productivity through the use of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing concepts</li> <li>Train employees and monitor performance to ensure work processes are accomplished in a timely and effective manner using flawless control over held products, rotation, damage control, GMP and BRC standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Note: These are preferred and not required.
