Key Responsibilities <ul data-start="1841" data-end="2360"> <li data-start="1841" data-end="1913"> Perform prep work including sanding, caulking, patching, and masking </li> <li data-start="1914" data-end="1996"> Apply paint, stain, and coatings to interior and exterior surfaces as assigned </li> <li data-start="1997" data-end="2077"> Ensure all surfaces are finished neatly and according to specified standards </li> <li data-start="2078" data-end="2151"> Follow proper safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment </li> <li data-start="2152" data-end="2216"> Communicate progress and supply needs to property leadership </li> <li data-start="2217" data-end="2291"> Protect surrounding property and ensure no damage to adjacent surfaces </li> <li data-start="2292" data-end="2360"> Perform basic drywall patching and texture matching where needed </li> </ul> Required Skills and Qualifications <ul data-start="2403" data-end="2753"> <li data-start="2403" data-end="2451"> 2+ years of professional painting experience </li> <li data-start="2452" data-end="2512"> Proficiency in painting techniques, tools, and materials </li> <li data-start="2513" data-end="2571"> Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li> <li data-start="2572" data-end="2627"> Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship </li> <li data-start="2628" data-end="2698"> Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift/move up to 50 lbs </li> <li data-start="2699" data-end="2753"> Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license </li> </ul> Schedule 30 to 40 hours per week Flexible hours will be permitted for this position and will allow for weekends and evenings. <h3> </h3>   Why Join Rise AMG?
