Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.</div>The Role We are looking for a structured and proactive Technical Program Manager to run the PoC program for our Solutions Architects (SA). Nebius SA's partner with customers to design and validate AI/ML solutions on our GPU cloud; your mission is to make Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects predictable and repeatable by turning ideas into well‑organized, well‑documented projects delivered on time and with clear outcomes. As we scale across clients and geographies, you will bring order to the PoC lifecycle: maintain clear PoC statuses and ticket hygiene, drive Jira workflows and automation, and keep execution plans and Confluence pages current, so senior architects can stay focused on solving complex customer problems. Beyond day‑to‑day program operations, you’ll also lead architect‑adjacent initiatives and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support teams when needed for PoCs. You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States or Canada (East Coast preferred) Your responsibilities will include: <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1058" data-local-id="d2f68b7d-1389-49f0-8aa6-fe8bacbc3886">Own the overall coordination of the PoC program, keeping execution plans up-to-date, ensuring accurate status reporting and visibility for leadership.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1058" data-local-id="d2f68b7d-1389-49f0-8aa6-fe8bacbc3886">Streamline workflows by managing Jira automation and maintaining consistent documentation.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1058" data-local-id="d2f68b7d-1389-49f0-8aa6-fe8bacbc3886">Act as a trusted execution partner for Solutions Architects: help organize and follow through on initiatives so architects can focus on customer-facing work.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1058" data-local-id="d2f68b7d-1389-49f0-8aa6-fe8bacbc3886">Support cross-team alignment by coordinating with Product, Sales, and Support stakeholders when PoC projects require it.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1058" data-local-id="d2f68b7d-1389-49f0-8aa6-fe8bacbc3886">Identify and implement improvements in how PoCs are managed, creating repeatable patterns and reducing overhead for the team.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1058" data-local-id="d2f68b7d-1389-49f0-8aa6-fe8bacbc3886">Lead additional initiatives related to the architects’ work (e.g. workshops, partner activities, training sessions) as part of the broader PoC program.</li> </ul> We expect you to have: <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1901" data-local-id="f03adbbe-3255-43af-bcb3-f25d77355cb1">5+ years of experience in delivery management, program or project management roles in tech.</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1901" data-local-id="f03adbbe-3255-43af-bcb3-f25d77355cb1">Proven track record of managing distributed technical teams or being a key coordinator in fast-scaling environments</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1901" data-local-id="f03adbbe-3255-43af-bcb3-f25d77355cb1">Strong knowledge of project tracking and workflow optimization</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1901" data-local-id="f03adbbe-3255-43af-bcb3-f25d77355cb1">Experience with Jira and Confluence in an operational leadership context</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1901" data-local-id="f03adbbe-3255-43af-bcb3-f25d77355cb1">Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and project life cycles (no need to be a hands-on architect)</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1901" data-local-id="f03adbbe-3255-43af-bcb3-f25d77355cb1">Strong stakeholder management skills — you can align with peers, not escalate by default</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="1901" data-local-id="f03adbbe-3255-43af-bcb3-f25d77355cb1">Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills</li> </ul> It will be an added bonus if you have: <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2589" data-local-id="c737a56a-0e46-41c8-8d4a-b61ca9d75819">Experience working with AI/ML or GPU-based workloads</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2589" data-local-id="c737a56a-0e46-41c8-8d4a-b61ca9d75819">Familiarity with delivery processes for PoCs, onboarding, and pre-sales in cloud or enterprise environments</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2589" data-local-id="c737a56a-0e46-41c8-8d4a-b61ca9d75819">Background in consulting, professional services, or internal operations in product-led companies</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="2589" data-local-id="c737a56a-0e46-41c8-8d4a-b61ca9d75819">Exposure to data-driven performance analysis and reporting</li> </ul> Key Employee US Benefits: <ul> <li>Health Insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.</li> <li>401(k) Plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.</li> <li>Parental Leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.</li> <li>Remote Work Reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.</li> <li>Disability & Life Insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance coverage.</li> </ul> Compensation We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $225k - $275k OTE (On-Target Earnings) and equity based on your experience, skills, and location.
