As the Senior Project Manager – Healthcare + Education, you’ll lead the planning design, permitting and delivery of complex site/civil projects across the Charlotte region and greater Carolina’s market. Address agency comments and facilitate site permitting processes. </li> <li>Coordinate and collaborate with internal disciplines, technical specialists, and subconsultants to deliver quality outcomes. Represent the firm at conferences, client meetings, and community engagements to strengthen partnerships, visibility, and thought leadership. </li> <li>Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and healthcare facility standards. </li> </ul> What You’ll Bring  <ul> <li>Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biological and Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field required </li> <li>EI required; PE or on track to obtaining PE strongly preferred </li> <li>10+ years of civil engineering experience with significant exposure to healthcare or campus projects </li> <li>Proven track record managing complex, multidisciplinary projects and leading diverse teams. </li> <li>Strong knowledge of healthcare facility design standards, site development, utilities, stormwater management, and environmental considerations </li> <li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders and build trust. </li> <li>Experience working with multidisciplinary architect teams, including building and site mechanical engineers. </li> <li>Experience in various project delivery models including traditional design-bid-build, design-build, CMAR, etc. </li> <li>Ability to identify market opportunities, develop business strategies, and contribute to firm-wide growth initiatives. </li> </ul> Work Environment + Physical Demands  The characteristics described below are representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this position.
