<p> </p></div><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The Manager, Finance at Iterative Health will be a key member of the Finance team, partnering closely with leaders across the business to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and decision-making. This role will translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, help leadership understand the financial implications of strategic decisions, and strengthen the processes and tools that enable the company to scale effectively.</span></p>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Financial Planning & Analysis</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and maintain financial models that support company-wide planning, strategic initiatives, and scenario analysis.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast, identify key drivers and trends, and communicate implications to leadership.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop meaningful financial and operating metrics to improve visibility into business performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and management reviews.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Business Partnership & Strategic Finance</span></h3>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with functional leaders across the organization to understand business priorities, financial needs, and growth opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Serve as a trusted finance partner to business leaders, providing insights that inform resource allocation and strategic decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Evaluate new initiatives, investments, and business opportunities through financial modeling and ROI analysis.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop scenario analyses and recommendations to support complex business decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help leadership understand tradeoffs between growth, profitability, cash utilization, and operational investment.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Financial Management & Reporting</span></h3>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, cash flow, and other key financial drivers.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Develop and improve management reporting, dashboards, and financial performance materials.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively surface them to Finance and executive leadership.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Accounting to ensure financial reporting and operational metrics are aligned and accurately reflected.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the development of scalable financial processes, controls, and systems.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Operational & Process Improvement</span></h3>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build and improve financial planning and reporting processes as the company continues to scale.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve data quality, and increase the efficiency of Finance operations.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Partner with Accounting, People, Operations, Revenue, and other teams to ensure consistent financial data and assumptions.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Help establish financial discipline and accountability across the organization.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Take ownership of ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as priorities evolve.</span></li>

<h2><span style="font-size: 10pt;">What You Bring to the Team</span></h2>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">5+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to build and interpret complex models.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience owning or significantly contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong understanding of financial statements, business drivers, and financial performance metrics.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated ability to translate financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong business judgment and the ability to operate effectively with incomplete information in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with financial planning and reporting systems.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong attention to detail while maintaining the ability to see the broader strategic picture.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience in a high-growth, technology, healthcare, services, or similarly complex environment preferred.</span></li>

<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Preferred Qualifications</span></h3>

<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working in a venture-backed or rapidly scaling company.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience supporting a business with multiple revenue streams, business units, or geographies.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite and/or FP&A platforms such as Pave, Planful, Anaplan, or similar.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience partnering directly with executive leadership.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience building finance processes and infrastructure in an environment that is still evolving.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus but not required.</span></li>
