Today, Iterative Health is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and New York City with 250+ employees world-wide.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p>The Graphic Designer at&nbsp; Iterative Health will bring our brand to life through compelling visual design across digital, print, and marketing channels. This role will create high-quality, on-brand creative assets that support demand generation, commercial enablement, provider engagement, and corporate communications. Working closely with Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, the Graphic Designer will translate complex clinical research and business strategy concepts into clear, engaging visual experiences that resonate with providers, sponsors, investors, and prospective employees.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role for a creative, detail-oriented designer who can balance strong visual storytelling with speed, consistency, and execution across a growing organization.</p> <p><strong>Freelance/1099 role until the end of the year with potential opportunity to extend into 2027. Expected approximately 20 hours/week.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>Where You’ll Drive Impact&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Deliver expert-level slide deck craftsmanship to develop, restructure, and polish pitch decks and presentations, in partnership with executive team and cross-functional leaders</li> <li>Design compelling visual assets that reinforce Iterative Health’s brand identity across marketing, corporate communications, and external-facing materials.</li> <li>Create creative assets for digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, website initiatives, and demand generation programs that drive awareness and engagement.</li> <li>Develop presentations, sales collateral, one-pagers, infographics, and other materials that communicate our value proposition and support commercial opportunities.</li> <li>Turn complex scientific, clinical, operational , information into accessible visual content that resonates with diverse audiences.</li> <li>Design graphics, visual storytelling assets, and branded content for LinkedIn and other digital channels, partnering with Marketing to maintain a consistent and engaging presence.</li> <li>Design creative and effective event materials supportive of a “white glove” brand experience, including master branding, event signage, programs, and podium presentations&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage and expand library of branded templates, creative assets, and design resources to ensure consistent application of brand standards for content generation across teams and channels.</li> <li>Leverage design tools, templates, and emerging AI capabilities to streamline production, improve turnaround times, and scale creative output without compromising quality.</li> <li>Coordinate multiple design requests and projects from concept through final delivery, incorporating stakeholder feedback while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.</li> <li>Perform other tasks as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring to the Team&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, brand design, or a related creative field,&nbsp; ideally at a high-growth AI, tech, or SaaS startup</li> <li>A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills across digital marketing, presentations, brand collateral, and other creative formats.</li> <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; experience with Figma and presentation design tools is a plus.</li> <li>Strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail.</li> <li>Ability to translate complex information into clear, visually engaging content</li> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.</li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and work effectively with cross-functional partners.</li> <li>Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and an interest in using emerging technologies to improve creative workflows.</li> <li>A proactive, adaptable approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">New York pay range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$50</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$85 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">At Iterative Health, we’re actively working towards creating an environment that is representative of the diversity of patients our technology serves.
