Unleash the power of you!</p> <p><strong>What will you be doing?</strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Sales and Renewal Representative</strong>, your job is to ensure all current customers see the value in renewing their annual maintenance contracts and that these contracts are renewed on time. This role requires a combination of selling, value proposition transfer to the customer, organizational skills, and a high level of customer service.<br><br>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Managing sales of existing customers</li> <li>Ensuring timely renewals with existing customers</li> <li>Coordinating with sales executives on account management and potential opportunities</li> <li>Coordinating with internal (legal, accounting) and external business teams</li> <li>Diligence with forecasting and maintaining ongoing and upcoming sales</li> <li>Following up with quoted customers until renewals are closed</li> <li>Tracking cancellations and reasons for cancellations</li> <li>Maintaining knowledge of current products and pricing appropriately, to closing sales</li> <li>Identifying and transferring leads to sales departments</li> </ul> <p><strong>OK, I’m interested… is this the job for me?</strong></p> <p>To be successful in this role, you need to be a self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to understand what an existing customer needs and articulate how AvePoint can help.
