This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Facilitate problem-solving using technology and collaboration with internal and external project teams</li> <li>Coordinate your workload and that of others for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s)</li> <li>Ensure modeling efforts and deliverables are completed to resolve construction issues</li> <li>Track responsibilities of all stakeholders and contribute to the VDC coordination schedule</li> <li>Identify and resolve coordination conflicts using clash detection in Navisworks</li> <li>Lead clash resolution and coordination meetings, ensuring all items are completed</li> <li>Apply modeling best practices and company standards to produce accurate models</li> <li>Conduct quality reviews of modeled scope and confirm compliance with contract documents</li> <li>Ensure team applies concepts from training sessions and lessons learned to project coordination</li> <li>Deliver VDC services in accordance with company standards and best practices</li> <li>Train and develop the professional skills of fellow team members<br>Contribute to VDC goals and company initiatives</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>3–5 years of BIM/VDC experience on commercial construction projects</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combination of training and experience</li> <li>Proficiency with 3D modeling and coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules</li> <li>Strong understanding of construction management processes (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings)</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other applicable tools</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and independently</li> <li>Willingness to relocate and travel</li> <li>Strong communication and time management skills</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience mentoring and training team members</li> <li>Familiarity with advanced VDC workflows and emerging technologies</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
