This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Facilitate problem solving using technology and collaboration with project teams, both internal and external</li> <li>Coordinate workload for one or more projects with VDC Manager(s)</li> <li>Manage modeling efforts and deliverables to solve construction issues</li> <li>Understand and contribute to the VDC coordination schedule by tracking responsibilities and providing progress updates</li> <li>Identify and facilitate resolution of coordination conflicts using clash detection in Navisworks</li> <li>Lead clash resolution and coordination meetings, ensuring all items are completed</li> <li>Use modeling best practices and company standards to produce accurate models</li> <li>Conduct quality reviews of modeled scope from others and confirm compliance with contract documents</li> <li>Apply concepts from training sessions and lessons learned to facilitate project coordination</li> <li>Understand and implement VDC services in accordance with standards and best practices</li> <li>Contribute to VDC goals and company initiatives</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>0–4 years of BIM/VDC experience working on commercial construction projects</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Computer Graphics, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent combination of training and experience</li> <li>Willingness to relocate and travel</li> <li>Willingness to learn, grow, and further develop relevant professional skills</li> <li>Knowledge of 3D modeling and coordination tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks</li> <li>Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and other applicable tools</li> <li>Understanding of contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project schedules</li> <li>Basic understanding of the construction management process (RFIs, Submittals, Shop Drawings)</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Outstanding communication and time management skills</li> <li>Experience applying VDC best practices on large-scale projects</li> </ul> <p>#LI-KM1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
