<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">We are seeking a Staff Product Designer Contractor to lead the design of scalable, user-centered experiences across DigiCert platforms and products. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping complex workflows, platform capabilities, and foundational user experiences across multiple product areas. You’ll work across product, engineering, and leadership teams to define strategy, influence product direction, and deliver thoughtful, scalable design solutions. <ul>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for platform capabilities and cross-product features, from discovery through delivery</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and translate complex technical concepts into intuitive experiences</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conduct and guide user research to uncover customer needs, workflows, and pain points across complex systems and experiences</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous projects and delivering end-to-end design solutions</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and fluent with AI-assisted workflows and using agentic tooling for design processes</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability best practices</span></li>
<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience conducting and synthesizing user research to inform product and design strategy</span></li>
