Eliot’s innovative Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) program serves as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults.&nbsp;Our Outreach Team focuses on providing stabilization and recovery support for clients out in the community.&nbsp;</p> <p>As a Clinical Supervisor, you will coordinate and oversee staff serving adults in community and facility settings. Supervision will entail side-by-side interventions, encouraging evidence-based treatment and support.</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, both in-office and in the field, ensuring culturally competent, strength-based interventions</li> <li>Ensure the individual is at the center of care, with interventions tailored to their preferences and goals</li> <li>Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions.</li> <li>Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, and encouraging positive behaviors</li> <li>Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms, responses to interventions, and ensure all treatment plans are completed and involve the individual in their planning process</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field</li> <li>Hold a clinical license from Massachusetts (i.e.: LMHC, LICSW, LMFT etc.)</li> <li>Experience working with adults with severe mental illness</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts Drivers License</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Annual Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$85,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$90,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
