In this role, you will deliver solution-focused clinical interventions and treatment for children and families. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to provide evidence-based treatment utilizing sound judgment, excellent clinical skills with the ability to provide effective interventions to a diverse client base with a wide array of presenting problems.</p> </td> </tr> <tr style="height: 257.441px;"> <td style="width: 98.8829%; height: 257.441px;"> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide evidence-based therapy and interventions focused on problem-solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement to clients and families</li> <li>Deliver interventions in-office, virtually, in the community, and at clients' homes based on their needs and preferences</li> <li>Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, utilizing a team approach to treatment.</li> <li>Collaborate with the care transitions team to triage hospital admissions and develop follow-up strategies during inpatient stays</li> <li>Assist in ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to interventions.</li> <li>Conduct and complete evaluations and assessments of children and families&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure active client and family involvement in the treatment planning process, embracing their preferences.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide individual therapy to children and families within the CBHC framework</li> <li>Establish effective working relationships with children and families ensuring safety and fostering well being.</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr style="height: 120.312px;"> <td style="width: 98.8829%; height: 120.312px;"> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.</li> <li>Independent Clinical Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, preferred&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong diagnostic skills, competence in crisis intervention, ability to develop short term interventions to support clients/families, and engagement strategies</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td style="width: 98.8829%;"> <p><strong></strong></p> <p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday - Friday, 10:00am-6:00pm<strong></strong></p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Annual Salary</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$65,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$70,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
