It’s <strong>The</strong> <strong>Iron Bow Way.</strong></p></div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>THE HIGH LEVEL</strong></span></p> <p>Designs, develops, and supports enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to enable secure, reliable data exchange between Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) hosted in OCI, Salesforce, EDI/SOA integrations, and external applications via managed file transfer (SFTP/FTPS). Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable integration and API solutions with strong governance, monitoring, and documentation.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong><span class="c69">WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</span><span class="c19">&nbsp;</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into integration designs, interface contracts, and technical specifications.</li> <li>Design and build OIC integrations (orchestrations) to support real-time and batch use cases, including routing, enrichment, error handling, retries, and scheduling.</li> <li>Develop integrations between:</li> <ul> <li>Oracle Fusion HCM (using available REST/SOAP services and OIC adapters as applicable)</li> <li>Oracle EBS in OCI (services/APIs, DB/file integration patterns as applicable)</li> <li>Salesforce (APIs/events as applicable)</li> <li>EDI/SOA services and partner-facing interfaces</li> <li>External systems via file transport (SFTP/FTPS), including inbound/outbound processing and acknowledgements where required</li> </ul> <li>Build and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integration interfaces; apply API standards including versioning, naming conventions, request/response validation, and documentation.</li> <li>Create and maintain data mappings and transformations (XML/JSON), ensuring data consistency, canonical modeling where applicable, and referential integrity.</li> <li>Implement robust validation, exception handling, and reconciliation, including functional error responses and reprocessing procedures.</li> <li>Support EDI-related integration flows by coordinating with EDI/SOA teams, validating payloads, and ensuring end-to-end partner connectivity and processing.</li> <li>Develop and execute unit/integration test plans; support SIT/UAT; troubleshoot and resolve defects across application, integration, and transport layers.</li> <li>Implement and maintain operational monitoring: OIC tracking/correlation IDs, dashboards, alerting, and incident/runbook procedures.</li> <li>Manage integration lifecycle activities: configuration, deployment promotion across environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), change management, and post-deployment validation.</li> <li>Produce and maintain documentation: solution designs, interface specifications, mappings, operational guides, and support playbooks.</li> <li>Provide production support and technical leadership for integration incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE&nbsp;</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>7+ years designing, developing, and testing enterprise integration solutions.</li> <li>3+ years hands-on development and administration with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).</li> <li>Experience with using SOA to build integrations</li> <li>Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS/ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM, and enterprise applications such as Oracle EBS and Salesforce.</li> <li>Strong understanding of integration patterns (sync/async, event-driven concepts, batch/file-based processing, retries, idempotency).</li> <li>Strong understanding of API design (REST), plus familiarity with SOAP/WSDL where needed; proficient with JSON/XML.</li> <li>Experience with file-based integrations (SFTP/FTPS), including encryption/certificates as applicable and operational reprocessing controls.</li> <li>Experience with Jira and ServiceNow preferred</li> <li>Ability to leverage OIC adapters, connections, and prebuilt patterns to accelerate delivery.</li> <li>Scripting/programming exposure for integrations and tooling (e.g., JavaScript/XSLT for transformations;
