Our people are ambitious, collaborative, and constantly evolving.</p> <h3>About the Client &nbsp;</h3> <p>Our client is an American IT distribution company with a team of 22,000 people working in over 100 countries.</p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li>Establish a data-driven quality framework, ensuring quality is measurable, transparent, and continuously improved through metrics.</li> <li>Lead the transformation of the QA organization from predominantly manual testing to a fully automated, AI-enabled testing ecosystem.</li> <li>Act as a change agent, influencing and coaching teams toward the adoption of modern testing practices and an automation-first mindset.</li> <li>Define and govern the overall Testing Strategy, including clear entry and exit criteria (KPIs) for all project deliveries.</li> <li>Deliver structured and executive-level reporting, covering:</li> <li>Testing progress</li> <li>Defect status and trends</li> <li>Risks and blockers</li> <li>Go/No-Go recommendations for releases</li> <li>A federation approach for testing practice between the Enterprise and Digital teams, as we have different working practices at this stage</li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring</h3> <ul> <li>6-7+&nbsp; years of experience in Senior QA/test management or QA transformation</li> <li>Experience building or maturing a QA Center of Excellence or federated testing model</li> <li>Strong understanding of automation, performance testing, metrics, and governance</li> <li>Change management experience, especially moving teams from manual-heavy testing toward automation</li> <li>Strong consulting presence and communication skills</li> <li>Experience with modern QA tooling, including: <ul> <li>Test Management: qTest</li> <li>Performance &amp; Load Testing: BlazeMeter</li> <li>API Testing &amp; Documentation: Bruno, Swagger (OpenAPI)</li> <li>Test Automation: Selenium, Playwright</li> <li>CI/CD &amp; Test Integration: Azure DevOps (ADO)</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3>English level&nbsp;</h3> <p>Upper-intermediate</p> <h3>Legal &amp; Hiring Information&nbsp;</h3> <ul> <li>Exadel is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusion across minority, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, and more</li> <li>Reasonable accommodations are available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions</li> <li>Please note: this job description is not exhaustive.
