Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.</div><h3>The Role:</h3> We are seeking a strategic and highly influential Senior Manager - Change Management to drive transformational change strategy across high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within our go-to-market and operating model landscape. This role is ideal for a senior individual contributor who thrives in complex environments, can navigate ambiguity, and is passionate about turning strategic initiatives into sustained organizational change. It is a cross-functional transformation and communications leadership role.   You’re welcome to work remotely from the United States (East Coast preferred) Your responsibilities will include:  <ul> <li>Lead change management strategy for high-impact, cross-functional initiatives — translating business objectives into clear behavioral, process, and organizational shifts. </li> <li>Identify critical change impacts early, mapping stakeholder risk, alignment gaps, and areas of potential resistance across functions.  </li> <li>Own program-level communications, including executive updates, leadership decks, cross-functional announcements, and launch narratives. </li> <li>Connect change across concurrent programs, identifying overlapping impact on teams and sequencing communications to reduce friction and change fatigue. </li> <li>Proactively surface and mitigate change risks, partnering with senior leaders to resolve organizational or behavioral barriers. </li> <li>Partner with Enablement and GTM Systems to ensure training, messaging, and adoption signals align with overall change strategy. </li> <li>Build and standardize scalable change practices, including reusable playbooks, templates, and transformation governance mechanisms. </li> </ul> We expect you to have:  <ul> <li>8+ years of experience leading cross-functional change in complex commercial, GTM, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integration, or operating environments within a B2B technology company.</li> <li>Experience leading change for operating model, systems, or process transformations impacting multiple business functions. </li> <li>Highly structured thinker with a strong analytical mind who can identify critical change impacts and connect dots across programs and organizational boundaries. </li> <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience crafting executive-level messaging and presentations. </li> <li>Strong stakeholder influence skills, with a track record of aligning diverse teams and senior leaders. </li> <li>Comfortable operating in ambiguity and balancing strategy with hands-on execution.</li> <li>Experience in high-growth or scaling technology environments preferred. </li> </ul> Key Employee Benefits: <ul> <li>Health Insurance: 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.</li> <li>401(k) Plan: Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.</li> <li>Parental Leave: 20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.</li> <li>Remote Work Reimbursement: Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.</li> <li>Disability & Life Insurance: Company-paid short-term, long-term, and life insurance coverage.</li> </ul> Compensation We offer competitive salaries, ranging from 185k - 230k OTE (On-Target Earnings) and equity based on your experience, skills, and location.<div class="content-conclusion">Benefits & Perks: <ul> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>Career growth and learning opportunities</li> <li>Flexibility and work-life balance</li> <li>Collaborative and innovative culture</li> <li>Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects</li> <li>International environment and talented teams</li> </ul> What's it like to work at Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI  Equal Opportunity Statement: Nebius is an equal opportunity employer.
