<h2><strong>Your Role at </strong><a href="http://impact.com"><strong>impact.com</strong></a><strong>:</strong></h2>
<p>We are growing the team! As an Account Executive for Japan, you will be the driving force behind expanding our partnership ecosystem by securing high-value brand and business prospects. You’ll solve complex growth challenges for customers ranging from SMB to Enterprise, acting as a strategic consultant to help them unlock the power of partnership automation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth territory and play a fundamental role in shaping our regional success.</p>
<h2><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Grow your territory</strong> by building and managing a robust book of business across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to meet and exceed revenue targets.</li>
<li><strong>Master the sales cycle</strong> by navigating everything from quick wins to complex, long-term cycles with C-Suite stakeholders and business managers.</li>
<li><strong>Deliver world-class demos</strong> and value-based presentations that clearly align impact.com’s solutions with the customer's specific business needs.</li>
<li><strong>Drive pipeline health</strong> by generating a minimum 3x visible pipeline and maintaining high forecasting accuracy within 10%.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate for success</strong> by executing 90-day action plans and individual account strategies for high-value prospects to ensure win:win commercial outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Maintain operational excellence</strong> by utilizing impact.com systems (like Salesforce and Salesloft) to the highest standard, ensuring all customer records are complete and timely.</p>
<h2><strong>What You <em>Bring: </em></strong></h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>5 years of successful sales experience</strong> with a proven track record of consistent performance and target attainment.</li>
<li><strong>Strategic selling skills</strong>, including familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.</li>
<li><strong>Strong communication and presentation skills</strong>, with the ability to influence C-level executives and navigate diverse personas.</li>
<li><strong>A proactive, growth mindset: </strong>you are curious, resilient, and take personal ownership of your territory’s success.</li>
<li><strong>Technical proficiency</strong> with modern outbound communication and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice to Have:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>SaaS sales experience</strong>, ideally within the digital marketing or performance/affiliate marketing ecosystem.</li>
<li>Prior experience or deep knowledge of the Japanese market landscape.</li>
<li>Experience specifically within the performance marketing or influencer marketing technology space.</li>
</ul>
