This position is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of the construction industry and thrives on developing innovative workforce strategies that meet both immediate and long-term business needs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, aligning talent acquisition strategies with business objectives across field operations, project management, estimating, and corporate functions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts — from workforce planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding — ensuring a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of craft, technical, and professional talent.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze labor market data and workforce trends to advise leadership on hiring challenges, competitive compensation, and creative solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen employer branding, showcasing our people-first culture and career opportunities within construction.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with HR and Learning & Development to enhance diversity, retention, and succession planning initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Track key recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support and attend career fairs and industry events to promote the company’s brand and attract talent, with a willingness to travel as needed.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong> </strong><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related degree, plus a minimum of five years of work experience.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong construction recruitment experience, preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven success partnering with executives and field leaders to fill complex roles in a competitive labor market.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate workforce needs into actionable talent strategies.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong follow-through skills to effectively manage all responsibilities and partnerships with internal and external teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent time management & initiative skillset to get job done effectively.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly verbally and in writing.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong and innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick effective decisions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Advanced PC skills with experience in Microsoft office products.</span></li>
