The ideal candidate will leverage automation frameworks, AI-driven testing practices, and cutting-edge tools like&nbsp;Claude Code&nbsp;and&nbsp;Cursor&nbsp;to accelerate quality assurance cycles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites, ensuring product reliability and user confidence while collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and maintain&nbsp;end-to-end test automation&nbsp;frameworks, with strong focus on Selenium and AI-driven enhancements.</li> <li>Leverage&nbsp;Claude Code&nbsp;and&nbsp;Cursor&nbsp;to automate test generation, debugging, and intelligent validation processes.</li> <li>Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to identify test scenarios, expand coverage, and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Apply&nbsp;AI-first methodologies&nbsp;to improve test efficiency, reduce flakiness, and proactively identify quality risks.</li> <li>Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to defining automation best practices across the organization.</li> <li>Drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and frameworks to modernize QA practices.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and usability standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>6–8 years&nbsp;of experience in QA with strong focus on automation.</li> <li>Advanced hands-on expertise with&nbsp;Selenium WebDriver&nbsp;and related automation frameworks.</li> <li>Proven experience using&nbsp;Claude Code&nbsp;and/or&nbsp;Cursor&nbsp;for AI-led coding, testing, and debugging.</li> <li>Strong understanding of CI/CD environments (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and test integration pipelines.</li> <li>Solid programming/scripting skills in&nbsp;Java for automation development.</li> <li>Experience with REST API automation and validation tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud-based test environments (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Experience with AI-driven testing platforms and intelligent agents beyond Claude Code/Cursor</li> <li>Ability to define a QA strategy in an AI-first engineering culture</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exposure to performance/load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling).</li> <li>Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable test deployments.</li> </ul>
