conduct site visits, track progress, and proactively resolve issues in coordination with operations and senior leadership. </li> <li>Oversee project financials and funding processes, including invoice and change order review, procurement coordination, award approvals, and compliance with NYCEDC policies.  </li> <li>Work in partnership with the Asset Management Portfolio Managers (AMPM) and Asset Management Property Operations (Prop-Ops) team to ensure projects are aligned with policy, market, tenant needs and operations considerations. </li> <li>Maintain ongoing project scope, cost, and schedule controls, including project reporting.  </li> <li>Establish and maintain record-keeping systems consistent with NYCEDC policy and need, including hard copies and electronic files of infrastructure asset conditions and surveys. </li> <li>Create and deliver presentations, memos and other materials that effectively communicate project recommendations and/or findings to various audiences (e.g., senior NYCEDC staff, partner agencies, external stakeholders). </li> <li>Work with interdisciplinary teams facilitating the implementation of large-scale projects and development efforts. </li> <li>Represent NYCEDC in professional and public forums as needed. </li> <li>Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in architecture, engineering, urban planning, construction management, or a related field. </li> <li>3+ years of experience in capital project management, design and construction management, facilities management, or in a related field. </li> <li>Demonstrated written, verbal, and analytical communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to a variety of audiences.  </li> <li>Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects through full lifecycle phases (planning, design, construction, and close-out). </li> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  </li> <li>Proven ability to identify, anticipate, and resolve issues proactively. </li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in dynamic environments.  </li> <li>Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams. </li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with systems such as Oracle, PMWeb, NYC IPIS, ARCGIS is a plus. </li> <li>Valid driver's license preferred. </li> <li>Willing to provide 24/7 emergency response where appropriate. </li> <li>New York City residency is required within 180 days of hire. </li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$84,000—$86,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="SCXW244620978 BCX0"> <div class="OutlineElement Ltr SCXW244620978 BCX0"> About Us: New York City Economic Development Corporation is a mission-driven, nonprofit organization that works for a vibrant, inclusive, and globally competitive economy for all New Yorkers.
