<div class="ewa-rteLine">As a Senior Planner, you will have the responsibility to manage the business need of the accounts that will be assigned to you. You will also have the responsibility to drive business development for both existing and potential clients of the agency.</div>

<div class="ewa-rteLine">A. Primary point of contact for account assignments</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Acquires, understands/processes and cascades briefs received from clients</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Works with strategists and specialists to ensure that the output of the agency meet or exceed client expectations</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Presents, defends or justifies, alongside strategists and specialists, the output of the agency</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Drives and captures agreements during meetings</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Ensures that smooth relationship is maintained with the different stakeholders of the assigned accounts</div>

<div class="ewa-rteLine">B. Senior Integrated Planner who ensures that deliverables for clients are met on time, in scope and within agreed upon costs</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Manages projects pre, during and after campaign</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Ensures that hours rendered by the team members are compensated for</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Diligently monitors achievement of revenue targets and account receivables/payables</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Performs administrative work, as required, to manage the business</div>

<div class="ewa-rteLine">C. Looks after the interests of the account</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Has an excellent understanding of the accounts/brands being handled</div>

<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Diligently studies the consumer and digital landscape relevant to the business of the assigned accounts/brands</div>

<div class="ewa-rteLine">Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably of a business or research-related course</div>

<div class="ewa-rteLine">Work Experience</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">At least 3-4 year’s work experience including digital media function</div>

<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Strong analytical and numerical skills</div>

<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Has a good grasp of the Philippine digital media landscape; capable of using tools such as ComScore, Similar Web, Effective Measure for audience planning</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Strong project management skills – ability to manage multiple projects and accounts</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Can work with minimal supervision</div>
<div class="ewa-rteLine">• Team player, and ability to work under pressure</div>
