In addition, Sensei will run the F&B operation, as part of a licensing agreement with Nobu. The Assistant-In-Training will work directly with the golf course maintenance management team in planning and conducting daily course maintenance and developing new maintenance processes. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Irrigation management</li> <li>Pesticide and fertilizer application</li> <li>Assisting in maintenance planning</li> <li>Daily course set-up and equipment operation</li> <li>Instruct and train staff in safe equipment use, proper maintenance, and required safety supplies to ensure safe operating procedures are followed</li> <li>Organize and keep accurate records on maintenance procedures, pesticide applications, safety meetings, and staff assignments</li> <li>Leading small groups to accomplish maintenance and course project goals.</li> <li>Leadership – Maintain a positive, upbeat role, promote and exemplify Company values and represents departmental objectives and interests to internal and external customers</li> <li>Customer Service – Follow up on complaints, questions, and concerns;
