<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Agility Robotics is pioneering the humanoid robotics segment, developing systems that bridge advanced AI, hardware, and real-world deployment at scale. As the company accelerates commercialization of its next-generation humanoid platform, the <strong>Chief of Staff to the CEO </strong>plays a critical leadership role in shaping and delivering the company’s most high-impact strategic programs.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads a high-caliber team responsible for driving alignment, executional speed, and enterprise-level value creation. The Chief of Staff functions as a strategic accelerator—a highly focused, agile executive translating strategy into measurable outcomes that position Agility Robotics as the clear leader in humanoid robotics.</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Purpose of the Chief of Staff to CEO </strong></span></h3>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">To ensure Agility Robotics maintains strategic focus, executional speed, and disciplined alignment across the initiatives that most directly determine leadership in the humanoid robotics category.</span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></span></h3>
<h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Leadership & Execution</strong></span></h4>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Own a Strategic Portfolio:</strong> Manage a portfolio of strategic programs that enable Agility’s humanoid leadership, ensuring executional discipline, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Operational Cadence:</strong> Establish operating cadence, program reviews, and executive reporting frameworks in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and program teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Collaboration with Engineering:</strong> Provide strategic oversight for a portfolio of engineering programs and work collaboratively with Technical Program Managers (TPMs) that report into the engineering organization to ensure efforts are synchronized with enterprise-level strategic priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Governance Frameworks:</strong> Establish program governance frameworks, milestones, and KPIs to ensure delivery of high-priority initiatives on time, within scope, and at quality.</span></li>

<h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment</strong></span></h4>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>ELT Engagement:</strong> Directly engage with the ELT on a regular basis to ensure initiatives remain on track, providing high visibility and accountability for results.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>OKR Management:</strong> Drive OKR alignment and provide visibility across the ELT to support and drive achievement across the entire organization.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Internal Communication:</strong> Lead cross-functional teams across org-wide meetings to ensure the organization is advised on progress against OKRs and educated on key company initiatives.</span></li>
</ul>
<h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Thought Partnership & Culture</strong></span></h4>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Senior Advisor:</strong> Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, synthesizing data, insights, and trade-offs into clear recommendations and decision frameworks.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Performance Culture:</strong> Foster a culture of analytical rigor, accountability, and high-bar output within the team and across all program teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Risk Mitigation:</strong> Anticipate and mitigate risks in complex technical programs while maintaining agility in execution.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience:</strong> 15+ years of experience in operations or leadership within emerging technology, robotics, or high-growth sectors.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Track Record:</strong> Proven ability to drive large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through commercialization with executive-level accountability.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Technical Acumen:</strong> Deep strategic and analytical skills with significant exposure to complex hardware-software systems; experience in robotics or automation environments is strongly preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical field required; Top-tier MBA or Master’s in a technical field strongly preferred.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Leadership:</strong> Strong executive presence, communication, and leadership skills capable of influencing at C-suite levels.</span></li>
</ul>
<p>This a hybrid position based out of one of our Fremont, CA office.</p>
<p><em>The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Agility Robotics is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions who work in other locations.
