It is best suited for candidates who are motivated by output, speed, and results. </li> <li> High-Volume Brand & Creator Outreach Execute daily outbound across email, LinkedIn, and DMs to source sponsorship opportunities and creator partnerships while hitting consistent activity targets.  </li> <li> Early-Stage Deal & Creator Activation Own the full top-of-funnel process from outreach to initial deal alignment by pitching the Skillz value proposition and maintaining fast follow-up momentum across all conversations..  </li> <li> Campaign & Partnership Execution Launch and manage brand-sponsored tournaments and creator-driven promotions end-to-end, coordinating across LiveOps, Marketing, and Product to deliver on time while tracking engagement, participation, and deposit impact.  </li> <li> Partner Relationship Management Maintain active partner relationships through regular check-ins and performance reviews, identifying upsell and renewal opportunities with high-performing brands and creators.  </li> <li>Pipeline & CRM Operations Keep full CRM hygiene across all prospects and active partners while continuously improving internal tracking tools, deal templates, and campaign briefs. </li> </ul> Key Competencies  <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="6c86be98-f70e-4816-8737-af9691ef868b" data-indent-level="1"> <li>  Grit Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and high-volume activity.  </li> <li> Relationship Building & Partner Management Builds trust quickly with brand marketing contacts and creator talent. Writes compelling outreach and pitch materials.  </li> <li> Digital & Creator Fluency Understands the creator economy, influencer tiers, platform dynamics (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram), and what drives brand and creator partnership decisions. </li> <li> Execution Orientation Manages multiple simultaneous campaigns and partnerships.  </li> <li> Organized & Process-Driven Maintains CRM hygiene and tracks performance across a diverse portfolio.  </li> <li> Coachable Eager to learn and improve quickly in a greenfield partnership category.  </li> </ul> Experience  <ul class="ak-ul" data-local-id="3ede710e-d58b-4863-a8d4-f8a1e5bc83f9" data-indent-level="1"> <li data-local-id="81c8a79e-6dd4-4e58-a702-e6318d112fa9" data-prosemirror-content-type="node" data-prosemirror-node-name="listItem" data-prosemirror-node-block="true"> 1-3 years in partnerships, sponsorship sales, brand marketing, creator/influencer management, or a closely related role.
