<p>As JFrog is growing as a company and the volume of our customer data and interactions increases, managing this growing dataset becomes more complex and requires dedicated teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and relevance.</p> <p>Our Revops group is committed to enhancing overall operational efficiency and the right infrastructure to support the Growth strategy. A key factor to achieve it is by keeping our CRM customer data accurate and up-to-date.</p> <p>The JFrog RevOps team is looking for a driven and talented Data Quality Analyst for maintaining the integrity, quality and consistency of our data within the CRM system</p> <p><strong>As a Data Operations Analyst at JFrog you will..</strong></p> <p>Data Entry and Maintenance:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee data entry processes and ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM</li> <li>Maintain and optimize account hierarchies, including M&amp;A updates, brand structures, and segmentation fields</li> <li>Maintain accurate business segmentation data elements from different sources</li> <li>Utilize data enrichment tools and services to validate Account records</li> <li>Regularly review and clean duplicates, perform merge actions, delete and update outdated or irrelevant data in the CRM</li> <li>Manage and prioritize data change requests while meeting SLA targets</li> </ul> <p>Data Quality Management:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct data audits cadence and identify inaccuracies or inconsistencies</li> <li>Collaborate with operational teams (Marketing, RevOps, Finance and IS) to ensure data accuracy and identify areas that are not aligned with the data governance and Policies</li> <li>Conduct root cause analysis for data quality issues andTrack &amp; monitor data integrity for newly launched Sales and Marketing Business Processes in the CRM</li> <li>Monitor data quality for new business processes and ensure clean adoption in the CRM</li> <li>Support sourcing and prospecting efforts by ensuring high-quality, accurate, and enriched account and lead data in the CRM</li> </ul> <h5><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>To be a Data Quality Analyst at JFrog you need..</strong></span></h5> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in data operations or data quality roles in B2B environments</li> <li>Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (data model, objects, reporting)</li> <li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail</li> <li>Proven ability to manage and improve CRM data quality processes</li> <li>Ability to design and optimize prompts or AI-driven workflows for automating repetitive CRM tasks</li> <li>Familiarity with building lightweight automations, agents, or internal tools using AI platforms</li> <li>Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal English.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Note: JFrog is located in Bangalore/Bengaluru (Bellandur) and we follow a hybrid work model (3 days in office is mandatory).</strong></p>
