This role offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a thorough understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Social Media Marketing (SMM). You will gain hands-on experience, directly contributing to projects that deliver measurable client success by optimizing presence and engagement across key search engines and social platforms for our most important clients.  Activities  <ul> <li>Support the creation, management, and optimization of Search Advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. </li> <li>Assist in the management of Paid Advertising activities across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok. </li> <li>Conduct daily analysis of campaign performance, monitoring spending, and assessing the achievement of defined objectives to ensure optimal delivery. </li> <li>Contribute to the generation of comprehensive performance reports and assist in identifying opportunities for optimization to maximize results for both internal and client review. </li> <li>Collaborate closely with Search & Social Specialists to analyze campaign outcomes, derive actionable insights, and contribute to formulating data-driven recommendations for future strategies. </li> </ul> Skills and Experience <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field. </li> <li>Genuine interest and enthusiasm for search engines, social networks, digital advertising, and understanding new developments in the sector. </li> <li>Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and a genuine curiosity for understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior through digital insights. </li> <li>Excellent command of both written and spoken English, as you will engage with diverse teams and clients. Fluency in Italian is also required. </li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. </li> <li>Basic knowledge of Google Ads, familiarity with other digital advertising tools, or experience with social media platforms will be considered a significant advantage. </li> <li>A quick and eager learner, adept at rapidly applying new knowledge and insights to daily tasks and evolving search algorithms and social media trends. </li> <li>An exceptional team player with excellent collaboration skills, eager to contribute to a shared vision within a dynamic digital unit. </li> <li>Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in campaign implementation and reporting, with a strong focus on achieving results. </li> <li>Articulate and effective communicator, able to convey information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. </li> <li>Highly proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently, with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. </li> <li>Driven by passion for the digital media industry, demonstrating high motivation and commitment to achieving individual and collective goals. </li> </ul> Life at WPP Media & Benefits     Our passion for shaping the next era of media is powered by our commitment to Be Extraordinary, investing in our employees to inspire transformational creativity.
