If you are too, let's talk.</p></div><p>The Project Alliances Manager is a critical execution-focused role. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of partner-related projects, ensuring that our Regional Solution Providers, Distributors, and GSIs are operationally ready to sell and implement Okta. You will take high-level regional strategies and translate them into actionable project plans, enablement programs, and pipeline-driving activities.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="15,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="15,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Program Execution:</strong> Lead the end-to-end management of alliance projects, including partner onboarding, joint business plan tracking, and co-marketing execution.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="15,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="15,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Enablement Management:</strong> Coordinate with Okta’s global enablement teams to roll out technical and sales training projects specifically for the India partner ecosystem.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="15,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="15,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Operational Governance:</strong> Maintain the hygiene of the partner pipeline within Salesforce; ensure all partner-sourced deals are accurately tracked and attributed.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="15,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="15,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Cross-Functional Coordination:</strong> Act as the project lead between Partners and Okta’s internal Marketing, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure joint "Go-to-Market" (GTM) activities are delivered on schedule.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="15,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="15,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Partner Advocacy:</strong> Serve as the primary point of contact for project-level inquiries from partners, resolving operational bottlenecks to keep Okta "front and center."</p>

<p data-path-to-node="15,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="15,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">Performance Reporting:</strong> Track and report on project milestones and partner performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to the Senior Regional Alliances Manager.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="15,6,0"><strong data-path-to-node="15,6,0" data-index-in-node="0">Market Intelligence:</strong> Monitor local market trends and competitor partner movements to provide actionable feedback to the regional leadership team.</p>

<h3 data-path-to-node="17"><strong data-path-to-node="17" data-index-in-node="0">Skills & Experiences that will help in the role</strong></h3>

<p data-path-to-node="18,0,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> 5 to 8 years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Operations, or Project Management within the SaaS or Cyber-security industry.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,1,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Project Mastery:</strong> Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously. Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and project management methodologies is essential.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">IAM Knowledge:</strong> A foundational understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape or broader Cloud Security ecosystem.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Execution Mindset:</strong> A track record of moving projects from "concept" to "completion" while meeting strict deadlines and revenue-driving KPIs.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,4,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Communication:</strong> Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence partner stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.</p>

<p data-path-to-node="18,5,0"><strong data-path-to-node="18,5,0" data-index-in-node="0">SaaS Background:</strong> Experience working within the business models of modern Cloud Software Vendors and a deep understanding of the Indian channel landscape (Distributors and Tier-2 partners).</p>
