<p><span data-contrast="auto">We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in building the team that is creating the world’s most advanced metal 3D printing technology (build the team, who builds the machines, that build the machines). You will run a full desk focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. You will work closely with your teammates and company leadership to identify areas of improvement in the recruiting process and will implement measures to drive innovation, efficiency, and standards of excellence within hiring practices. You will have an opportunity to recruit a wide variety of deep-tech (software, ML, hardware engineering), operational, and leadership level disciplines, and will get to play a part in new initiatives such as outreach events and employer branding. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, hosting onsite interviews, running interview debriefs, managing offer processes, and closing</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process with internal stakeholders and candidates while continuously keeping the pipeline active and supporting critical, hard-to-fill technical positions</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Meet with teammates and company leadership to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring strategy, and/or interview feedback </span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Expand on talent acquisition efforts such as organizing company tech talks, attending external events, and other avenues of getting in front of top talent</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with teammates on employer branding strategies and campaigns</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>5+ years of technical recruiting experience in software, machine learning, <span class="TextRun SCXW220760330 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW220760330 BCX0">mechanical, electrical, <span class="TextRun SCXW166093127 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW166093127 BCX0">similar </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW166093127 BCX0">deep-tech </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW166093127 BCX0">engineering discipline</span></span><span class="EOP SCXW166093127 BCX0" data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></span></span></li>

<li>8+ years of technical recruiting experience</li>
<li>Experience recruiting for a startup or deep tech environment</li>
<li>Experience with executive search or similar low-volume, hard-to-fill roles</li>
<li>Experience with pitching equity or stock options during the offer process</li>

<p><strong>Location:</strong></p>

<li>We are located in Hawthorne in a 35,000 square foot, state of the art facility featuring large open spaces for team collaboration, R&D, and production, as well as easy access to the 405, 105, and 110 freeways. Our facility is in the heart of LA’s vibrant emerging tech eco-system alongside many other high growth start-ups and enterprises.</li>

<p>Our fast-paced, cross-functional environment is built on close collaboration, and as such, this role requires full-time onsite presence (five days a week), with very limited exceptions.</p>

<li>Compensation </li>
<ul>
<li>As an early-stage startup, the salary range is intentionally wide as we determine the most appropriate package for each individual taking into consideration years of experience, educational background, and unique skills and abilities as demonstrated throughout the interview process. Our intent is to offer a salary that is commensurate for the company’s current stage of development and allows the employee to grow and develop within a role.</li>
<li>In addition to the significant stock option package, the estimated salary range for this role is <span class="TextRun SCXW200548258 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW200548258 BCX0">115,000 – $175,000 per year.
