This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in milling processes, equipment management, and personnel supervision. font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of 10 years of experience in milling operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of milling processes, equipment, and technologies</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing process improvements</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
