This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day.</p> <p>Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Fulfillment &amp; Logistics Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.</li> <li>Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.</li> <li>Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.</li> <li>Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Building &amp; Facilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Open and close the building following operational checklists.</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.</li> <li>Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.</li> <li>Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Member Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.</li> <li>Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.</li> <li>Triage member service requests and escalate when needed.</li> <li>Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p> <p>You’re energized by variety, motivated to work hard, and love connecting with people. Saltbox is excited to offer an hourly position with a base pay range of $17 - $18, depending on your location (Hours:10am-3pm, Monday-Friday is the base availability.
