BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Office Talent Acquisition Team. Schedule: <ul> <li>Monday-Friday 8:30-5 PM Eastern. </li> </ul> Travel: <ul> <li>Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, requiring weekly travel to our Pennsauken, NJ headquarters. </li> </ul> Responsibilities: <div class="react-pdf__Page__textContent textLayer" data-main-rotation="0"> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assisting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with recruitment and onboarding process.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assisting with onboarding candidates including running reference checks, initiating BAYADA documentation, federal exclusion checks, and auditing files.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Managing and pulling reports as well as provide basic support for the Talent Acquisition team</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Sending monthly and weekly e-blasts advertising the requisitions for all divisions</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Working collaboratively to initiate background checks</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Adjusting easily to change and take initiative with team projects and pilots</li> </ul> </div> Qualifications:  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree preferred</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong interpersonal and communication skills required</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrates leadership skills, customer service, self-motivation, problem solving, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;
