This role integrates market research, competitive intelligence, clinical and commercial insights, financial forecasting, and cross-functional perspectives to develop clear recommendations for select pipeline programs. The Senior Manager will independently lead defined workstreams, contribute to broader portfolio initiatives, and help translate complex data into actionable strategies that maximize program and portfolio value. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead defined program-level strategy projects and planning initiatives to maximize portfolio value and inform key business decisions</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Synthesize primary market research, secondary data, competitive intelligence, and analytics into clear insights and strategic recommendations</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide physician, patient, and payer perspectives to support clinical strategy, indication prioritization, product positioning, and new product planning</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop, maintain, and enhance long-range revenue forecasts, business cases, and portfolio valuations for new and existing programs</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead competitive landscape assessments and manage competitive intelligence tools and reporting to identify market developments, risks, and opportunities</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Partner cross-functionally with Development, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Market Access, and other functions to support integrated planning workstreams</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Conduct asset assessments and support due diligence for internal pipeline opportunities, external partnerships, and business development initiatives</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to indication selection and sequencing, patient journey and treatment paradigm analyses, product differentiation, positioning, value proposition, and market access and pricing assessments</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead ad hoc strategic projects and present structured recommendations to cross-functional leaders and senior management</span></li>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning and analytical workstreams within the biopharmaceutical industry, with a preference to life sciences strategy consulting experience</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong market research, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to integrate scientific, clinical, commercial, regulatory, and financial perspectives into a clear product or program strategy</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong understanding of the drug development process across early- and late-stage programs</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to develop compelling business narratives and present recommendations to senior leadership</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven ability to influence and collaborate in a matrixed environment across Development, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Finance, Market Access, and other functions</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to quickly learn new therapeutic areas and work with a high degree of independence and sound judgment</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Occasional travel required for corporate and industry events</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Preferred Education and Experience </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc, PhD, PharmD)</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">6-8 years of relevant professional experience in new product planning, commercialization, market research, corporate strategy, investment banking, and/or healthcare strategy consulting</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Biopharmaceutical industry experience within oncology, required</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience supporting or participating on a cross-functional drug development team preferred</span></li>
</ul>
