You will be able to help evolve our offerings&nbsp;in&nbsp;a number of&nbsp;our core sectors as we are supporting our clients to tackle some of their most complex business problems. You will take an integral role in&nbsp;identifying,&nbsp;shaping&nbsp;and cultivating new opportunities to work with clients, much of the time in close partnership with other areas of the firm.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-ccp-props="{}">This Director opportunity is a permanent position located in Riyadh and reports to a Partner.</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The ideal candidate will be&nbsp;at home operating&nbsp;at the intersection of business strategy and technology, partnering with corporate C-suite executives and Private Equity Operating Partners to drive business growth, transformation, and long-term value creation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">We bring a distinctive combination of deep technical&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;and sharp commercial acumen to deliver sustainable impact&nbsp;hands-on.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Examples of our past work include helping some of the world’s&nbsp;best known&nbsp;companies&nbsp;leverage&nbsp;technology&nbsp;to realise their business&nbsp;objectives, working with private equity investors to evolve their company portfolios, and supporting high-profile turnaround cases. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This description is not designed to encompass a comprehensive listing of required activities,&nbsp;duties&nbsp;or responsibilities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p> <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will have a mixture of 15+ years, digital consulting and industry experience</li> <li>Hands-on leadership experience from a highly relevant Digital and Technology role in industry, in Saudi Arabia, would be desirable</li> <li>Extensive blue chip consulting experience in Digital and Technology strategy development, operating model, capability and governance design is essential</li> <li>Experience of delivering large and complex Digital transformation and technology execution programmes with multiple workstreams</li> <li>Industry experience preferred in Telecom, Retail, Oil &amp; Gas</li> <li>Strong experience in relationship management, proposal development and strong commercial instincts are key.
