<p></p> <p>Real Estate Audio Video Technician</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <p>The Audio/Video Technician will support all daily operations involving audio/video design for new office construction, configuration and installation for conference room operability. This position will be responsible for the full operability of all A/V equipment, troubleshooting A/V problems, and coordinating all repairs. This position will work with various vendors scoping out new audio/video projects, verify equipment needed, coordinate and perform installation. Contract to hire position.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Scope equipment needed for new projects based on floor plans</li> <li>Quote, order, track and install all new equipment needed for A/V projects</li> <li>Calculate and verify elevation heights for new tv and video conferencing installs</li> <li>Edit drawings for elevation heights per room for new projects</li> <li>Set up, maintain and troubleshoot audio video conferencing meetings</li> <li>Provide general support for general presentations and video conferences</li> <li>Answer helpdesk calls and troubleshoot problems remotely and in person</li> <li>Create and document procedures</li> <li>Scope and execute proof of concepts</li> <li>Work to provide vision and strategic direction on audio and video direction with new technologies</li> <li>Must be able to adapt and overcome challenges with proposed solutions</li> <li>Work with cable tv providers and schedule installs and scope of work</li> <li>Consult with and educate all levels of end-users, and interact with all levels of the organization with professionalism</li> <li>Travel will be required – 20% - 30%</li> <li>Must have a valid credit card for travel (flights, lodging, rental car).
