investigating alerts and incidents; performing authorized recovery actions; escalating unresolved issues; maintaining tickets, shift logs, SOPs, metrics, and reports; providing concise status updates and effective shift handoffs.<br></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1 style="text-align: center;"><span style="color: rgb(230, 126, 35);
