As a Field Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in serving as the technical liaison between our Customers, Sales, and Product Marketing teams. You will be responsible for driving demand creation for the assigned product line within our Franchised segment. Your role will involve identifying new applications and supporting them from proof-of-concept through to production. Insight on your impact:  <ul type="disc"> <li>Utilize your technical expertise in semiconductor components and hardware/system design to assist customers in selecting the right solutions from our Franchised Product line, ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.</li> <li>Possess basic hardware debugging skills, with an understanding of software being a valuable addition.</li> <li>Demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend basic schematics, including pin mappings, connectivity options, pin multiplexing, level shifting, and I/O configuration.</li> <li>Analyze and understand competitive product segments to effectively promote our offerings.</li> <li>Support the sales team by preparing technical documents, presentations, and product/solution demonstrations, as well as conducting product presentations as needed.</li> <li>Take responsibility for new customer acquisition and managing Design IN/WIN activities.</li> <li>Develop and publish technical articles on applications across multiple market segments.</li> </ul> Your qualifications, your influence: To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills  <ul type="disc"> <li>B-Tech/M-Tech – Electronics and Communication Engineering.</li> <li>Should know Semiconductor Component business in India.</li> <li>Hands on experience in HW design a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge about FPGA/MCU & Memory are a plus.</li> <li>Overall experience between 4-6 years.</li> </ul> Preferred skills and technical familiarity: Adding additional insight, and a growth mindset, will elevate your contribution in this role  <ul> <li>Hands-on experience in hardware design is a plus.</li> <li>Knowledge of FPGA, MCU, and Memory is an added advantage</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion">EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.  It is our policy to abide by all federal, state and local laws prohibiting employment discrimination based on a person’s race, color, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, pregnancy, childbirth, physical disability, mental and/or intellectual disability, age, military status, veteran status (including protected veterans), marital status, registered domestic partner or civil union status, familial status, gender (including sex stereotyping and gender identity or expression), medical condition (including, but not limited to, cancer related or HIV/AIDS related), genetic information, sexual orientation, or any other protected status. </div>
