Join us.</span></p> <p><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Bathhouse Kitchen seeks a responsible, detail-oriented Prep Cook who can be an all-around team player and complete tasks as assigned by the Kitchen Manager.</span></p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dish station and walk-in.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Receiving inventory and properly labeling and storing.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensuring proper FIFO practices in walk-in and organization.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Trash and recycling removal as necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment as necessary.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Some light prep work during downtime.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintaining areas in the dining room that require cleaning.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>DESIRED SKILLS</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Food Handler's Certification</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Able to physically stand, bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to prioritize tasks.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to work independently and be a team and a team player.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>COMPENSATION &amp; BENEFITS</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Job Type: Full-time</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">. 8-hour shifts. </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Night and weekend availability is required.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pay: $18- $22 per hour.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Health Insurance eligible.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Free unlimited admission to Bathhouse.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">50% off services, products, and the restaurant.</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
